Pricing
You are renting the entire house!
The Snowbird House or summer rental season is from Memorial Day week through Labor Day week.
- Check Summer Pricing on VRBO, Prices are Variable, usually $350-$550 per night
- $150 cleaning fee on all stays
- VRBO is the easiest way for pricing and reservations
10% lodging tax is included in the price
The preferred methods are checks and cash, however, we are happy to do it anyway.

Reservations must be made 4 weeks prior to the booking.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund 30 days or more before reservation
50% refund if inside 30 days but before 14 days
No refund with in 14 days of reservation
